Create Account and Membership Renewal Special Procedures.

Creating an account for someone who does not have access to the Internet & the website

  1. Log out  - use My Account / Member Log Out
    - You might need to clear your browser cache for this site only with each new member you are creating.
  2. Click on Create Your Account
  3. Scroll down to the bottom to see the link tvsc and click on the tvsc link.
    - if you don't see tvsc, go to step 1
  4. On the Protected: Create Your Account Special page, enter the special password.
    - if you don't know it, ask the Membership Chairman
  5. Enter data as requested including the special formatted email address and password.
     - this email address and password will be used when renewing. 
  6. In the Payment field, enter Cash or Check with number
  7. Uncheck "Yes, I want to receive updates via email." 
  8. Click Submit Form.
  9. You should see "Thank you. Your account has been created." in a yellow background above the form.
  10. Give yourself a gold star!

 

Membership Renewals for accounts for members who do not have access to the Internet & the website

  1. Log out - use My Account / Member Log Out
    - You might need to clear your browser cache for this site only with each new member you are logging into.
  2. Log into the members account using the specially formatted email address and password. 
    - Step 5 above... that was a very important step.
    - No need to save this member's name and password on your computer if asked.
  3. Select menu My Account / Membership Renewal
  4. Make sure the member's name is in the right sidebar.
  5. Make sure the correct member's information is displayed in Your Profile.
    - DO NOT CLICK ON PAYPAL button. 
  6. Scroll down to the bottom to see the link tvsc and click on the tvsc link.
    - if you don't see tvsc, you are not logged in. Go to step 1
  7. On the Protected: Membership Renewal Special page, enter the special password.
    - if you don't know it, ask the Membership Chairman
  8. Verify the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, & Username is for the correct person.
  9. Uncheck "Yes, I want to receive updates via email." 
  10. Click Submit Form - be patient
  11. You should see "Thank you. Your account has been updated." in a yellow background above the form.
  12. Reload the page and verify the Membership Ends date in the right sidebar is at least1 year from today.
    1. Give yourself a gold star!
